Remember, the bus will not block the intersection. 🚦 Important reminders: Do not turn left in front of the bus if students are loading on the right; they may be coming from all directions. Wait until the red lights are OFF before moving your vehicle. Let’s keep our kids safe on their way to school! 🎃👻 Last night's Safe Trick-or-Treat was a HUGE success! We had 707 students in costume filling the hallways of our high school, collecting candy from 18 different school clubs! 🍬 So many great costumes this year! A special thanks to Krise Transportation for providing a haunted school bus with slide. A massive shoutout to the @DanielBooneEducationAssociation for organizing this fantastic event. 10 Minute Rule - Please arrive 10 minutes early before your designated bus stop time

🚌✨ It's National School Bus Safety Week! ✨🚌 This week, we're sharing important tips to keep our students and families safe. Today's tip: Avoid the Danger Zone! The danger zone is a 10-12 foot area around the bus where the driver may not see you. Here’s how to stay safe: ✅ If you drop something near the bus, don’t try to pick it up! Alert the bus driver instead. 🚫 Never run after a missed bus. Once it’s moving, it’s never safe to approach. 👀 Always make eye contact with the bus driver before crossing or entering the bus. This ensures they see you and that it’s safe to move. 🛑 While waiting, stand back from the road until the bus has completely stopped. Let's work together to keep our kids safe!
