We welcomed local business owners to learn more about what we do at the school and explore ways to support our students—through internships, speaking opportunities, and more.
We had a fantastic turnout, including several Boone alumni! 👏 Seniors Sophie Kohn and Joey Wroten also spoke to the group about their experiences with our Internship and Job Shadowing program led by Ms. Maria Rapchinski.
If you own a business in the Daniel Boone Area School District and would like to attend a future meeting, please reach out to Lisa Kieke at lisa.kieke@dboone.org
. We’d love to have you join us! 💙 #BooneProud

Last night, junior goalie Lilly Maskeri recorded her 100th career save as our team took on Wilson School District. 🏑💙
Way to go, Lilly—your talent and perseverance shine on the field! 🌟 #BooneProud

Today’s star of the show? Magnesium! ⚡ Students checked out its physical properties, then got to see the sparks fly (literally) testing its reactivity with acid and its flammability. 🔥💥
Hands-on science = the best kind of Friday fun! 🧪✨

🎶✨ Honoring Excellence in Music ✨🎶
Yesterday, the Daniel Boone High School Music Department proudly inducted 18 new members into the Tri-M Music Honor Society! 🎼
Tri-M is a national organization that celebrates students who demonstrate excellence in music, academics, and leadership.
👏 Congratulations to our newest members on this outstanding achievement! 💙🤍 #BooneProud

Each year, the National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) recognizes the nation’s top students through the National Merit Scholarship Program. Out of more than 1.5 million students who took the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) in October of their Sophomore year, about 16,000 advance as semifinalists and 34,000 are recognized as commended students.
👏 We are proud to announce that Christopher Landis has been named a National Merit Semifinalist and Colin McCouch has been recognized as a Commended Student for their outstanding academic achievement and promise. Students are pictured with Principal Sborz.
📸 Pictured with Principal Aaron Sborz, these Blazers are shining examples of hard work and dedication. 💙🤍 #BooneProud

From keeping our classrooms connected to making sure technology runs smoothly across the district, our Boone IT Department works tirelessly behind the scenes to support students, staff, and families.
They truly keep Boone connected to the world — and we are so grateful for their expertise and dedication. 🙌💙
