Kindergarten Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is officially open! 🎉 If your child will be 5 years old before September 1, 2025, they are eligible to join our Kindergarten class.
To get started, visit our home page at www.dboone.org and click on the Student Registration tab from your computer.
Documents needed:
Child's birth certificate (Passport, baptismal certificate, or notarized statement indicating date of birth also accepted) – REQUIRED at time of registration.
A copy of the official immunization record signed by your doctor with the month, day, & year of each shot - REQUIRED at time of registration
Your child will need a physical examination and dental check-up. The physical exam form needs to be completed at the five-year check-up.
Proof of residency: Copy of deed, sales or lease agreement, utility bill, property tax bill, etc. - REQUIRED at time of registration
If applicable, provide custody papers, special education documents (IEP, ER, RR, NORA), and legal documents.
