Blazer Day

Our opening school day is not a cycle day, the day is a “BLAZER” day. All students have a  Blazer section  located in the X block on their Infinite Campus Schedules.  The Blazer section will say Blazer 9  (10, 11 or 12) with the teacher's name and room number. All students will report directly to their Blazer section classrooms on the first day.

What is a BLAZER day?

Each school year a number of logistical items require completion. These items formally impacted students and teachers' instructional class time during the first few months of school. In an effort to maximize efficiency. All of these items have been moved up to the first day, along with normal opening day items. Students will complete pictures, height and weight, vision (11th grade), class meetings, cap and gown assembly (12th grade), class ring assembly (10th grade), and fun activities led by our Blazer ambassadors.
