In accordance with Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law (RTKL), the Daniel Boone Area School District is committed to providing access to public records. The RTKL ensures that residents have the right to access and obtain copies of public records held by government agencies, including school districts.
How to Submit a Right-to-Know Request
To request access to public records, please follow these steps:

Response Time
The School District will respond to your request within five business days. The response may include:
Access to inspect the record electronically or in person.
A copy of the record sent to you.
Notification that the record is available through publicly accessible electronic means.
If additional time is needed, you will be informed through an interim response.
