Say hello to some newly published authors and illustrators at DBAIC! Students in Ms. Wildman's 4th grade class created a book called Amazing Animals of the World. Each student wrote a one-page report on a chosen animal and provided an illustration. The book submission won a cash prize and several copies of the book to be donated to the DBAIC library. Congrats to our inspiring authors!

DBAHS Student Recognition: Yocum Art Show
This past Sunday, January 28, 2024, six Daniel Boone Area High School students were honored at the Annual High School Juried Art Show sponsored by the Yocum Institute for Art Education. Congratulations to Shannon Baird, Garrett Lee, and Will Wisniewski for having artwork selected to be part of the show!
We would also like to congratulate our three award winners. Grey Litchfield and Tiarah Williams each received Honorable Mentions respectively. Mia Davis received the Coggins Award, which is the highest award given at this show, as well as an Honorable Mention.
